What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If your booking is paid in full, cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of departure, and no-shows, are non-refundable. You can also ask to reschedule at least 72 hours before your trip, subject to availability. Can I cancel on Fridays, Saturdays or public holidays?
Bookings on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays are in high demand, so customer cancellations on these days are non-refundable. You can still request to reschedule at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If we have to cancel because of bad weather, Coast Guard restrictions or a technical issue, we will offer you a new date. If the alternative doesn’t suit you, you receive a full refund.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?
For bookings made 3 or more days in advance, a 50% deposit secures your yacht and the balance is paid before departure. Same-day bookings (when a yacht is available) and bookings made 1–2 days ahead require full payment. Your booking is confirmed by WhatsApp, email or phone once payment is received. We accept all major payment methods, including credit and debit cards, and you can split the payment into instalments with Tabby or Tamara.
Do I need to bring ID?
Yes. All guests must bring a valid original passport or Emirates ID. Guests without valid ID may be refused boarding.
