On 2 December 2026 the United Arab Emirates celebrates its 55th National Day, known as Eid Al Etihad, marking the union of the Emirates on 2 December 1971. Abu Dhabi fills with flags, lights and music, and many families and groups of friends look for a calm, private way to spend the evening together. A yacht is a natural answer: you see the illuminated skyline from the sea and your group stays together.

What the National Day Yacht Package Includes
Every package follows the same simple format, so comparing boats is easy:
- Private yacht: the whole boat is reserved for your group, with no shared deck and no other guests.
- Fixed 4 hours, 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM: the cruise covers the evening lights and the main hours of the celebrations. On 2 December, fireworks night, you board from 6 PM and the yacht sails from 8 PM to 10 PM.
- Your choice of date: 1, 2 or 3 December 2026.
- Fixed price per boat: one price for the whole yacht, not per person.
- Captain and crew: the crew takes care of the cruise so your group can relax.
- Soft drinks and water on board for your guests.
- Sound system so you can play your own National Day playlist.
Please note that regular hourly bookings are closed from 1 to 3 December; on these evenings the yachts run as National Day packages.

Yachts for couples and small groups
For a couple, a small family or a few close friends, the Panda 1 Luxury Yacht (up to 8 guests) keeps things cosy. The House Boat Luxury SNR (12 guests) has a relaxed lounge-style layout, and the 55 Ft Luxury Yacht welcomes up to 14 guests.
Mid-size yachts for families and friends
The Azimut Luxury Yacht (15 guests), the Tecno Luxury Yacht (18 guests) and the Saadiyat House Boat 90 FT (20 guests) suit extended families who want room to move around the deck.
Large yachts and house boats for big celebrations
For company teams or large families, the Princess Yacht hosts up to 25 guests and the Lavy Luxury Yacht up to 30. House Boat Luxury M1 and House Boat Luxury M2 each take up to 35 guests on wide, stable decks.
A special-occasion evening
The Mangosta Yacht Luxury, for up to 12 guests at AED 35,989, suits a milestone such as an anniversary or a VIP host evening. Please note that the Mangosta has no alcohol on board.
Which Date Should You Choose?
2 December is the official Eid Al Etihad date, so it is usually the evening in highest demand. 1 December is a relaxed way to open the holiday, while 3 December suits groups who prefer a calmer evening after the main day. If fireworks matter to your group, choose 2 December: the National Day fireworks in Abu Dhabi are fired from the sea at around 9 PM that night.
Popular boats on 2 December tend to go early, so book once your plans are clear.
Fireworks Night – 2 December
On 2 December the National Day fireworks in Abu Dhabi are fired from the sea at around 9 PM, and the Corniche roads are packed that evening. So the plan on 2 December is different: be at the marina by 6 PM and relax on board, the yacht sails at 8 PM, you watch the fireworks from the water and we are back at the marina at 10 PM. Same package price. Want to sail from 6 PM? That is possible at an extra cost – ask us on WhatsApp. On 1 and 3 December the package is the usual 4-hour cruise, 6:30 to 10:30 PM.
