Corporate Events on a Yacht in Abu Dhabi: Formats, Timing and Budget

A company event at sea changes the mood from the first minute: guests leave the office world behind at the pier. On Rose Royale, our 165 ft event yacht in Abu Dhabi, up to 300 colleagues, clients or partners can share one evening. Here are four formats that work well on board.

1. The conference at sea

Theatre seating in the enclosed hall, a screen for the presentation and a coffee-break style buffet. Choose the Premium package (AED 449 per guest) for the hostess and the sound and screen setup.

Timing: 4 hours. Board, 90 minutes of programme, buffet, then networking on the sky deck.

2. The product launch

Build the reveal around the fountain lounge, then move guests to the open deck at sunset with canapés and a live station.

Example: 150 guests, 4 hours, Premium: AED 35,960 + AED 67,350 = AED 103,310.

3. The gala or award dinner

Banquet tables in the hall, a bespoke 5-star menu and a DJ for the end of the night: that is the Royal package (AED 849 per guest).

Example: 250 guests, 5 hours, Royal: AED 44,950 + AED 212,250 = AED 257,200.

4. The team night

Relaxed and social: a BBQ or buffet with a live station, music and the skyline. The Standard package (AED 349 per guest) fits well.

Example: 80 guests, 4 hours, Standard: AED 35,960 + AED 27,920 = AED 63,880.
