سياسة الإلغاء - استئجار اليخوت في أبوظبي

تحدد سياسة الإلغاء هذه الشروط والأحكام المتعلقة بتغييرات الحجز والإلغاءات واسترداد الأموال عند إجراء حجز مع Rent Yachts Abu Dhabi through our website rentyachtsabudhabi.com. Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1️⃣ تغييرات على الحجز

• تخضع التغييرات التي تطرأ على حجزك إلى مدى التوافر.

• قد يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية لبعض التغييرات.

2️⃣إلغاء الرحلة

• جميع الودائع المدفوعة للحجوزات هي non-refundable.

• يحق لك استرداد 50% من المبلغ المدفوع في حالة إلغاء الحجز قبل أكثر من 72 ساعة من موعد بدء الرحلة المقرر، وذلك إذا تم سداد قيمة الحجز بالكامل؛ علماً بأن جميع الودائع غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل صارم.

• الإلغاءات التي تتم خلال 72 ساعة من وقت بدء الرحلة غير قابلة للاسترداد.

3️⃣ Trip Rescheduling

• Customers may request to reschedule the trip’s date and time at least 72 hours before the trip start time (subject to availability).

• Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled trip is subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the original Cancellation Policy will apply.

4️⃣ No-Show & Missed Trips

• Failure to inform us of cancellation will result in no refund.

• Missing the trip’s scheduled date and time (no-show) will also result in no refund.

5️⃣ Cancellations by Rent Yachts Abu Dhabi

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Bad weather

• Mechanical failure

• Coast Guard restrictions

• New government laws or regulations

In such cases:

• You’ll be offered to reschedule the trip on an alternative date.

• If you decline the alternative, a full refund will be issued.

6️⃣ Booking Confirmation

• Customers receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone call once the booking is finalized.

• If the reserved product becomes unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or any other reason, we will offer a substitute.

• If the customer rejects the alternative, a full refund will be provided.

7️⃣ Cancellation Policy on High-Demand Days

• For bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, cancellations made by customers are non-refundable.
