This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding booking changes, cancellations, and refunds when you make a reservation with Rent Yachts Abu Dhabi through our website rentyachtsabudhabi.com. Please read these terms carefully before booking.

1️⃣ Changes to Reservation

• Changes to your reservation are subject to availability.

• Additional charges may apply for certain changes.

2️⃣ Trip Cancellation

• All deposits made for bookings are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip’s scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund if the booking has been paid in full; all deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip start time are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Trip Rescheduling

• Customers may request to reschedule the trip’s date and time at least 72 hours before the trip start time (subject to availability).

• Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled trip is subject to availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the original Cancellation Policy will apply.

4️⃣ No-Show & Missed Trips

• Failure to inform us of cancellation will result in no refund.

• Missing the trip’s scheduled date and time (no-show) will also result in no refund.

5️⃣ Cancellations by Rent Yachts Abu Dhabi

We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Bad weather

• Mechanical failure

• Coast Guard restrictions

• New government laws or regulations

In such cases:

• You’ll be offered to reschedule the trip on an alternative date.

• If you decline the alternative, a full refund will be issued.

6️⃣ Booking Confirmation

• Customers receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or phone call once the booking is finalized.

• If the reserved product becomes unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or any other reason, we will offer a substitute.

• If the customer rejects the alternative, a full refund will be provided.

7️⃣ Cancellation Policy on High-Demand Days

• For bookings on Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays, cancellations made by customers are non-refundable.
