4. Booking and Payment

• Clients must provide accurate information when booking.
• Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required payment and official confirmation from us.
• We accept payments via credit/debit cards (Visa and MasterCard) in AED.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the trip’s scheduled start time are eligible for a 50% refund if the booking has been paid in full; all deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip start time are non-refundable.
• No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.

6. Required Documents

• All guests must bring valid original identification (passport or Emirates ID).
• Failure to provide valid documents may result in boarding denial without refund.

7. Safety and Conduct

• All clients and guests must follow the crew’s instructions at all times.
• Illegal substances or unauthorized alcohol are strictly prohibited onboard.
• Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior may lead to immediate termination of the trip without refund.

8. Liability and Damages

• RentYachtsAbuDhabi.com is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages caused by failure to follow instructions or unsafe behavior.
• Clients are responsible for any damages caused by misuse or negligence and will be charged accordingly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and branding on RentYachtsAbuDhabi.com are the intellectual property of RentYachtsAbuDhabi.com. No part of the website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
